RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made and executed on this 18th day of August, 2026, between:

RAMESH SHARMA (hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY / OWNER / LANDLORD).

AND

AMIT VERMA (hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY / TENANT).

WHEREAS the First Party is the lawful owner of premises situated at Flat No. 204, Royal Apartments, Main Market Road, and has agreed to let out the same to the Second Party on the following terms and conditions:

That this tenancy is granted for a fixed period of 11 (Eleven) Months effective from 18/08/2026.
That the Second Party shall pay a monthly rent of ₹8,500/- in advance on or before the 7th of every English calendar month.
That the Second Party has deposited an interest-free security amount of ₹17,000/- with the First Party, refundable at the time of vacating the premises.
That the electricity, water charges, and routine maintenance shall be borne separately by the Second Party as per actual meter readings.
That either party may terminate this agreement by giving 1 (One) month prior written notice.
